We're glad you're here
Together, we worship joyfully, server generously, love unconditionally, and spread God's grace to all.
"What you have learned and received and heard and seen in me, do; and the God of peace will be with you." — Philippians 4:9
One of God’s greatest gifts to us is the opportunity to be curious. Through intentional faith formation and the study of God’s Word, we strive to create a community of trust where questions are honored, doubts are shared, and faith grows over time. The Lutheran tradition is rich with resources that can help us to deepen our sense of understanding for a life of faith that is enriched by the voices of scripture, reason, tradition, and experience.
Sunday School
Weekly Sunday school classes for preschool through 5th grade are offered between worship services from September- May. Kids will share in a large group opening and grade-level lessons.
First Communion
We believe the Lord’s table is open to all who seek to receive the gifts of Jesus offered there. Children, along with a parent or caring adult, are invited to participate in First Communion classes together in the spring. Instruction is open for children preschool through 6th grade.
Confirmation
While confirmation is not a sacrament in the Lutheran church, it is a meaningful milestone for youth as they take ownership of their faith, work to live out their baptismal calling, and reaffirm the promises made on their behalf at their baptism. Confirmation is a 3-year program with classes on Wednesday evenings (September-April) and includes time for large group teaching and small group conversation.
Adult Study
Adult studies include Sunday bible study, mid-week morning bible studies for men and women, and short-term seasonal studies throughout the year.
Pastoral Care
Pastoral Care is offered through hospital and hospice visits, visitation to the homebound, and pastoral counseling
